About Me

Having grown up between farms in small town North Carolina and small town Ohio, at the age of 18 I moved back to Canada, and into the city. This blog is meant to share my adventures as I try to reduce my ecological footprint, with the restrictions of urban life (no big outdoor vegetable patch or compost piles in the back field..) I share my experiences so you can know what works and what doesn’t.

Caitlin Henderson-Toth

Currently located in Montréal, I am a biochemical & environmental Engineer-in-Training. I am keenly interested in the cleantech industry, green chemistry, biofuels, and alternative wastewater/water management.

I am interested in many of the same things that drew me to the environmental engineering field. I enjoy home projects that exercising the hands-on, creative, and practical side of environmental engineering.

If you would like to A) Offer me my dream job, or B) Make interesting suggestions on projects I should try out at home, please leave me some feedback and let’s start a discussion!
